![]() Th The moon has entered Libra bringing the high vibrations of the day into the relational principle tonight, and although the Full Moon phase is still in effect, the sun and moon have moved out of the oppositional aspect. Relationship is a good key word for the next couple of days with this emotional attunement, represented by the moon, as well as a strong Venus in its home state of Taurus beautifully conjunct Jupiter and don’t forget Saturn retrograde in Libra. When considering relationship it is worthwhile to remember that relating is not just an outward experience with an "other" but an inward phenomenon as well that guides each individual to a better understanding of their natural attunement. Libra represents the relating to an "other" and Taurus represents the inner relating. Libra has been traditionally correlated with balance however; a good key point to remember with Libra is that there are usually lessons in balance. Those scales have to be balanced by give and take with each side. They do not magically balance. Saturn represents the structure of reality for an individual, the limits and parameters of consciousness. Retrogradation makes whatever energy it’s working through internalized. Put the two together in Libra and there is an internal investigation into the understanding of your barriers and limits to harmonizing relationships. This is a very thoughtful time for considering all aspects of relating to another and the challenges faced: spiritual, sexual, economically, morally, and creatively, clearly important considerations for anyone in a committed relationship or not. The moon represents, among many other dynamics, emotion. Venus represents feelings. There is an important distinction between the two highlighted by these formations. Emotions are pre-thought and pre-verbal, spontaneous, and raw. Feelings are defined, articulated (not necessarily well), and considered. Feelings help to define what we value and consider pleasing and beautiful. This is an aspect of the Venus in Taurus archetype and a highlighted function for the next several days. This is in part where all the funky Law of Attraction business may come from. See, with the Venus in Taurus function, whatever it is you are feeling and therefore attuning to as aesthetically pleasing; you are vibrating that frequency and thus attracting those experiences. Venus in Taurus conjunct Jupiter brings and exploratory flair to that inner search. Jupiter is more into “feeling” than knowing in the mental realm being opposed naturally to Mercury and Gemini, so there is a real strength and pulls in the intuitive function. My god, there is so much more to say…but tis better to experience. Keep these ideas in mind for the next few days and maybe keep a journal of your own experiences, feelings, emotions, intuitions, synchronistic experiences, and definitions of relationship.
