![]() "there is not only a quantitative difference between a rebel and a revolutionary, there is also a qualitative difference. The revolutionary is part of the political world. His approach is through politics. His understanding is that changing the social structure is enough to change the man. The rebel is a spiritual phenomenon. His approach is absolutely individual. His vision is that if we want to change the society, we have to change the individual. Society in itself does not exist; it is only a word, like 'crowd', but if you go to find it, you will not find it anywhere. Wherever you will encounter someone, you will encounter an individual. Society is only a collective name, just a name, not a reality - with no substance. The individual has a soul, has a possibility of evolution, of change, of transformation. Hence the difference is tremendous. The rebel is the very essence of religion. He brings into the world a change of consciousness - and if the consciousness changes, then the structure of the society is bound to follow it. But vice versa is not right - and it has been proved by all the revolutions, because they have all failed." Osho ![]() Osho's recognition of the inherent need for the individual to affect change in the collective through personal, inner transformation speaks profoundly to the energy of these times. Extreme autonomy in the chart today: -Venus, Mars, Uranus, and Sun all in Aries -Mars and Uranus exactly conjoined -Sun illuminating the Mars Uranus conjunction -Chiron (Pisces) trine Saturn (Scorpio) -Leo Moon Needless to say there will be a tendency to want what you want however, since this is the collective energy, some give will be necessary somewhere. Chiron trine Saturn in the water signs is encouraging some (will it be you?!?) to take charge of and organize the energy through grounding and healing. Whoever is willing to take this responsibility if, where, and when it is presented, will position themselves to integrate Chiron's energy and be, possibly, a catalyst for change, spiritual growth, and transformation. Pay close attention to the roadsigns! ![]() This feels like a good and natural set up for the Full Moon this week, March 27th, in Libra where the energy to self-fullfill, self-realize, and self-project shines through and reflects off of the reigning need to relate to others, please others, and be fair to others. Big questions here about how to be autonomous while maintaing recognition and integration with the collective. How to be unabashedly you while allowing others the space, time, and respect to be unabashedly themselves. ![]() Is there really any such thing as a lone wolf? Wolves are pack animals right? By necessity and calling. It seems to me that the true "lone wolves" are the ones who end up being the alpha dogs, the leaders of the pack. They can't help it really they were just being themselves. Much like how the "twisted hair" in certain tribes end up being the shaman or medicine man (uh, person) because they followed their inner voice and direction of the spirits. They acted alone within the framework of the tribe, clan, or pack. Where are the rebels today? Not the revolutionaries...the rebels...the outlaws? They are the one's who I think will understand and answer this call.
